So I'm not usually a hip-hop, (I can appreciate most of it, it's just not favorite genre) but I like this one. I'm really jealous of your diversity in submissions. I respect the hell out of artists that can branch outside of their niche and explore other artistic spaces 🥰👊

Aww, thanks so much! That means a lot from someone who doesn't usually prefer hiphop. In terms of production, I started off with this mix of synthy power metal and discovered hip-hop was more up my alley over years. Owing to a more eclectic, lo-fi aesthetic, it's actually my go-to!

I always love and appreciate submissions like this. I love songs that are an extension of the artist, acting as a journal of some sorts. I'm sorry to hear this has a more tragic memory behind it, but hope it helped bring you solace and closure from writing it. Absolutely beautiful piece of work. <3
