I'm not too crazy about the song as a whole, but I can recognize the fact that alot of talent lies here. Your singer has an amazing voice and I think it fits this song perfectly. Really good vibe to it. Great job and keep it up!

Like you said, it's a work in progress. A couple things I'd suggest:

- mixing the levels a bit more.
- add more bass in there. (you're guitar seems a bit too "treble favored" in my opinion)
- Add some more emphases on your double bass, make it really stand out.
- Make it longer and some more phrasing in there. (What I mean by phrasing is make it so it's not full of repetition)

Other than that great job, I hope that helps any!

Thanks, a lot of you're tips will for sure help, the only thing about my tone is that I decided not to put a TON of low end into it so the bass guitar would stand out a bit more in the mix
